It has been quite a while since my last post...the little guy (my baby boy) has been requiring my undivided attention these days, so I haven't had much time for myself. However, I still managed to slip in this quick illustration. I seem to be drawn to horizontal lines lately...can you tell?
I opened up my May 2011 issue of Elle Canada today and saw an editorial spread about Jean Paul Gaultier and how he is celebrating 35 years of fashion. His retrospective is being shown at the Montreal museum of fine arts. Canadian Model Coco Rocha got to try on a bunch of his most creative pieces and this is one of them. (It wasn't so easy to stay inside the lines with my paint brush on this one!) I love how Coco always comes up with such interesting poses, even though you can't really tell that it's her in this photo.
